Kelley Norman, MA, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I've been a counselor for 15 years, working with individuals like yourself, i.e., You are strong enough to get through your life, yet moving through your life-experience with some worry, sadness, maybe some confusion and anger. Outpatient counseling can be really helpful. I believe clients know what their problems are. They just need someone in my role to reflect back and clarify these concerns in a non-judgmental, objective way; or maybe do some problem-solving; maybe process difficult and/or traumatic events. Let's work together and see what we can do to get you back on track and feeling good about yourself. Everyone is welcomed!

I primarily take a cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling, that is, examining the relationship among your thoughts, feelings and behaviors; and finding the distortions driving your behaviors and attitudes. One of my strengths is that I know how to clarify your concerns and develop your problem-solving skills.

I invite you to call and to reach out for support whether it is with myself or another counselor. Don't go it alone if you don't have to. Check in with a professional counselor like myself. I would like to walk with you on your journey of wellness and healing. I look forward to hearing from you.
